| Polyester laminated/decorative plywood
are mainly use in the making of furniture/cabinet/cupboard
& also as material for interior designing usage &
etc.
The lamination process involved overlaying a layer
of decorative paper on either plywood/mdf board. Then
a layer of unsaturated resin is laminated onto it to
give either a glossy, matt or embossed surface finish.
The advantages of using the polyester laminated/decorative
plywood are that the product is more economical compared
to natural veneer plywood, easily available, consistent
design for easy matching of a whole set of furniture
& cost effective as it reduces the extra works needed
to get it done the way natural veneer plywood would.
The polyester laminated finishing surface is water &
scratch resistant and not to forget the ease of cleaning
also.
The polyester/decorative plywood is mainly laminated
on 3 mm & 3.6 mm (thickness),1220 mm x 2440 mm (size)
plywood/mdf board. It can also be custom made to order.
Our manufacturing plant is located locally & so,
we are able to produce the product with close inspection
to ensure a high quality control is achieved. The packing
will be in wooden crate with an inner layer of plastic
sheet & plywood sheet as outer layer.
